The Limits
What Does A Voucher Not Cover?
Being clear about limits up front is what prevents disappointment at redemption. A voucher is credit against our own studio’s workshops and products; it is not a cash instrument, and it does not cover third-party costs such as flights, accommodation, or transport to the studio.
International shipping on a redeemed product is quoted separately at the time of redemption, because the cost depends on the destination and the size of the piece. Where the chosen item costs more than the voucher value, the recipient simply settles the difference; where it costs less, the remaining balance stays on the code until the validity date printed on the voucher.
